Today there were 6 forums. I was able to attend three of them. Below are pictures of the panelists.

Dental Forum - These doctors fielded all sorts of questions. The thing they stressed was NOT to have a procedure unless necessary, not ever. If a dentist says your cavity is old and needs to be replaced, don't do it unless it's necessary. Like loose.... There are many different types of anesthetic that they can use to help through the procedures which provide different time frames of pain relief.

Gremillion and Mahan treat patients 3 days a week and study all the latest studies and results on pain.

Gamma Knife and LINAC Radiosurgery Forum - William A. Friedman MD (left) LINAC Radiosurgery University of Florida Ronald Brisman MD (right) Gamma Knife from Columbia University

This session actually became a sales pitch for the two different surgeries. Of the three sessions I attended, this was more of a debate between the two types of radio surgery

MVD Session - Left to Right: Stephen J Haines MD and R.A. (Al) de los Reyes MD,
Peter J Jannette MD.

The Posterior Fossa Craniotomy for Microvasular Decomprssion was the most interesting to me. This is probably because I had one on Jan 6, 1998. They showed a video of a surgery. It was soooooooooooooo cooooool!!!!!
